Field to Table Contributions
Thank you for your donation in support of Field to Table, the Franklin Park Conservatory Women's Board's
signature fundraising effort. Funds raised from Field to Table will support the Conservatory’s community outreach,
education and access programs all year long, ensuring that opportunities to learn and connect with nature —
both at the Conservatory and beyond — are open to everyone.
$1,500 - Provides free gardening workshops for 100 community members who want to learn how to grow their own food
or enhance food production in their community gardens
$1,000 - Welcomes 12 families for a free visit through one of the Conservatory’s initiatives to reduce barriers to admission
for low-income families
$500 - Supports 6 weeks of the “Let’s Grow Garden Club” in the Children’s Garden, giving 150 children a chance to learn
about gardening and try new veggies
$250 - Empowers 10 children to use "Veggie Bucks" at the Conservatory's Farmers Market to make healthy food choices and
purchase their very own fresh fruits and veggies
$100 - Equips 24 students in Teen Corps with garden tools & gloves for their 8-week paid summer employment experience,
building work and life skills through experiences in urban farming
